A successful Lead Generator you will confidently create outbound phone calls and convey a positive first impression while working with clients to schedule sales and service appointments.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Create outbound calls by greeting customers and introducing yourself and the company
- Ensure our customer is heard and not interrupted during conversation or questions
- Educate the customer about our processes
- Answer any follow up questions our customer may ask to the best of your ability
- Collect customer information, in addition to, their specific product and service needs
- Communicate simultaneously with our customer and our Dispatch Team to coordinate a convenient on-site appointment.
- Input all information gathered directly into our company CRM
- Express our gratitude for their time
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to stay calm and productive during surges of high call volume
- Information retention and attention to detail
- Typing speed of 30+ WPM coupled with accurate data entry
- Good English speaking 85+
